This bathroom involved a full rip out of the old sanitary ware, pipework and tiles.
The soil pipe vent was removed as it was running through boxing in the corner off the bathroom. I fitted an air admittance valve onto the existing soil pipe and boxed it in next to the toilet unit.
I fitted concrete grey splash panelling around the perimeter of the bathroom and around the window reveals. Then I fitted Malmo Marta luxury click vinyl flooring which complimented the walls.After fitting the toilet and sink combi unit and the 1000 x 800mm quadrant shower with Soaker head, I sealed the entire bathroom using a grey CT1 silicone to blend in with the panels.
