Another new Baxi combination boiler fitted.
This boiler was replacing a 17 year old very inefficient valiant combination boiler which used to be installed in the bungalows airing cupboard. Due to wanting more storage space in the bungalow I moved the boiler into the loft space above freeing up the whole airing cupboard for storage.
This boiler comes with a 10 YEAR manufactures parts and labour warranty so need need to worry about costly repair bills. It also offers a 97% efficiency rating so your only wasting 3p per pound that your spending on gas!
