This bathroom installation involved a full rip out of old bathroom sanitary ware, tiles, damaged plaster board, flooring and associated materials.
I fitted new plaster board on to the existing stud work where it had been damaged by the removal of tiles after first fixing copper pipe work for the new towel rail, shower and sink unit. I primed the external block wall ready for panelling. Grey marble shower wall panelling was then fitted around the perimeter of the bathroom to create a new modern look.
I fitted a new bath with overflow bath filler to negate the need for taps and for ease of cleaning and a minimalistic appearance. I utilised the wasted space at the end of the bath by building a shelving unit, incorporating LED spotlights to create a feature.
Luxury Vinyl flooring was then installed along with the toilet and sink combination unit and the LED mirror. I also installed a waterproof gloss plastic ceiling to prevent damp issues and to leave the ceiling maintenance free.
